Community

Though the peninsula of Magnolia may seem isolated from the rest of Seattle, the neighborhood’s three bridges offer easy access to Queen Anne, Ballard, and downtown neighborhoods. Expect a commute of just 15 minutes, by car, into South Lake Union and downtown Seattle; but also available are the many bike trails leading downtown and to the University of Washington via the Burke-Gilman Trail, Elliott Bay Trail, and more. Life in Magnolia is is the best of the best.

A quaint and quiet area, the Magnolia neighborhood is located in the northwest region of Seattle offering outstanding views of the city, Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges, and Puget Sound. Residents can enjoy exploring the nearby beaches, vast trails within Discovery Park, and Magnolia Village: an area ripe with upscale shops, cafes, and a boastful summer farmer’s market. With a walk-score rivaling Fremont or Greenlake and an active community, the Magnolia neighborhood has something for everyone.
